Stir Fried Tau Miu

300 gm tau miu
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tbsp oil
salt
- Rinse and drain the tau miu.
- Heat oil in the wok.
- Saute the sliced garlic till golden and dish out.
- Saute the chopped garlic till fragrant.
- Add the tau miu and stir fry lightly with some salt.
- Dish out and garnish with sliced garlic.
- Serve hot with rice.
